Report Writing: Consistent, Clear Communication of AT Needs
Thursday, October 18, 2007 8:00 am - 9:00 am
Regardless of position or setting, all school-based assistive technology practitioners must be concerned with documentation. The assistive technology report plays a crucial role in communicating assessment findings to parents, regular education staff, and service providers. With a minimal investment of initial effort or funding, assistive technology teams and practitioners can use technology to increase the effectiveness and consistency of reporting. This session will review components of well-written reports and demonstrate how the use of technology can facilitate the report writing process.
